Easy Banana Pudding

Tomorrow we are having a hot dog fundraiser and bake sale for my sister and three other small group friends who are going to Uganda this summer. One of the desserts that I’m making for our bake sale is Banana Pudding. Now, I must be honest, this wouldn’t be the recipe I’d use for my husbands birthday {because he is a true banana pudding lover- from scratch-with meringue} but this is a simple and yummy recipe that will be perfect for a BBQ or maybe- a fundraiser!

Easy Banana Pudding
2 large (6oz) packages vanilla pudding
6 cups cold milk
1 can condensed milk
1 container cool whip
4 large bananas, sliced
1 box “Nilla” wafers

In a large bowl add 6 cups of milk. Whisk both boxes of pudding mix into milk. Slice bananas. Layer vanilla wafers and bananas in container/pan/bowl. Spread a layer of pudding. Repeat layers. Spread cool whip on top and finish with remaining vanilla wafers. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
