Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

If not having an exact recipe makes you nervous, leave now. I  never rarely use a recipe when making dinner.  I love cook books & food blogs. I use both  for inspiration but rarely follow the recipe itself. I got this from my grandmother, who taught me how to make this “recipe” you’ll see below 😉

Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

-Bisquick (roughly 2 cups)

-Buttermilk (roughly 1 cup)

-Cheese (roughly 1/2 cup)

-Garlic Powder (roughly 1/2 tsp.)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grab a bowl and pour in *some* Bisquick. Add *some* cheese and *some* garlic powder. Mix together dry ingredients. Add *a little* buttermilk and stir until mixture comes together, adding more buttermilk as necessary; careful not to over mix. {if it is too dry add milk- too wet add more Bisquick!} Scoop dough into muffin cups or “drop” dough onto greased cookie sheet! Bake at 450 for 8-10 minutes. You can brush tops with garlic butter…if you’re willing to wait that long before devouring! 😉
